Responsible for providing quality customer service, guest satisfaction and favorable gaming experience. Meet and greet Poker customers, answer telephone, provides information to guests regarding games, tournaments and current promotions.

Security Officer

Full Time, Regular and Seasonal Positions

The Security Officer ensures the safety and protection of casino and park patrons, employees, and assets in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Must possess a valid driver’s license and D Security License.

Slot Technician

Full Time

The Slot Technician is responsible for the repairs and technical difficulties of the slot machines, maintaining their functionality and assisting the slot operations team with other related requests. Must possess a Certification in Electronic Training (Preferred) and Knowledge of computer repair and slots and player tracking systems preferred.

Soft Count Clerk

Full Time

Responsible for emptying slot machines containing unaudited Bill Validator Acceptors (BVA) and transporting same to Count Room for a counting of the contents. Counts contents of BVA's and Poker boxes and reports results.

Surveillance Supervisor

Full Time

Responsible for ensuring all Surveillance related equipment is operational on a shift-by-shift basis and all departmental functions and processes adhere to Company policies/controls as well as state gaming regulations and requirements.
